    1. Hi Carter,Thank you for visiting our website,Outlook 2011 is amazingly difficult to work with in regard to contacts. There aren’t any built-in tools in Outlook to do this but as Anonymous said, Scrubly is a great tool for this.

      The only catch is that you have to sync your contacts with Mac Contacts and use that to clean your contacts up. If issue not solved please contactus.
